The camp will continue until March 14, bringing together NSS volunteers from various districts across the state to receive training in leadership, social responsibility, and service-oriented skills.
Addressing the gathering, Minister Parmar emphasized that the NSS serves as an important platform for developing leadership, discipline, social sensitivity, and a spirit of national service among youth. He highlighted that such training camps inspire young people to understand and fulfill their responsibilities toward society. He urged volunteers to take initiative in creating positive change in society, using their knowledge and energy for public welfare. According to him, active youth participation is crucial for the progress of both society and the nation.

Minister Parmar also praised the students for their work through NSS in supporting vulnerable communities, promoting cleanliness, protecting the environment, spreading health awareness, and addressing social evils. He encouraged volunteers to also explore the spiritual heritage and legacy of Chitrakoot during the seven-day camp.
MLA Surendra Singh Geharwar noted that India’s economy is fundamentally based on agriculture, which has remained resilient even amid global economic slowdowns. He reminded volunteers to value food, stating that no grain should be left on the plate, and urged youth to take only what they can consume.

He emphasized that Swami Vivekananda’s message and life serve as a source of inspiration for young people.
