CNN Central News & Network – ITDC India Express / ITDC News Bhopal: Under the guidance of Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh, ADM Ankur Meshram, PC Shakya, and Prakash Nayak heard the grievances of citizens during a public hearing held in the district. Several issues were resolved on the spot during the session. Nearly 200 applications were received from citizens attending the hearing. SDMs and other officials were also present.
During the hearing, ADM Meshram, PC Shakya, and Nayak patiently discussed the issues raised by each applicant and assured them of prompt resolution. They instructed the officials present to adopt a sensitive approach while addressing the applications received from citizens. The concerned area officers were directed to take immediate action on the applicants’ issues to ensure effective grievance redressal.
