Officials Hear Applicants’ Grievances During Public Hearing

CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Under the direction of Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh, Additional District Magistrate (ADM) Prakash Nayak heard the problems of citizens who came from across the district to the public hearing. During the proceedings, several issues were resolved on the spot. A total of 140 applications were received from citizens during the public hearing. SDMs and other officials were present on the occasion.

ADM Nayak patiently discussed the issues with each applicant who attended the public hearing and assured them of their speedy resolution. He instructed the officials present to adopt a sensitive approach while addressing the applications received from citizens and to ensure timely redressal. He also directed the concerned departmental officers to take necessary action on the problems raised by the applicants.
