Several issues were resolved on the spot. A total of 145 applications were received from citizens at the Jan Sunwai. SDM and other officers were present on the occasion. CEO Tiwari patiently discussed the problems of every applicant who came to the Jan Sunwai and also assured them of their early resolution. She directed the officers present on the spot to take a sensitive approach while resolving the applications received from citizens. She instructed officers of the concerned areas to take action on the applicants’ problems.
