CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: The birth anniversary of Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan was celebrated at the Bhopal campus of the Central Sanskrit University. On the occasion of Teacher’s Day, a program was organized by the students of the campus.

During the program, the students honored and performed rituals for all the professors of the campus. In his address, the Vice-Chancellor of the Central Sanskrit University, Prof. Srinivas Varakhedi, remarked that Teacher’s Day is a day for all teachers to take a pledge. We need to make the builders of our nation knowledgeable and aware, and also inspire them to take a pledge to become good citizens and nation builders.

The program’s chair, Acting Director Prof. Subodh Sharma, said that today is a valuable day for all of us, and we must inspire our students to contribute to nation-building in the future and also enhance their own lives. All the professors on campus extended their blessings and best wishes to the students.
