CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: On the occasion of the 90th birth anniversary of the late Shri Buta Singh, former Governor of Bihar, Agriculture, Sports and former Railway Minister, former Home Minister, and former Chairman of the Scheduled Castes Commission, a floral tribute program was organized today at the state Congress headquarters.
Congress members present at the event paid floral tributes to Shri Buta Singh’s portrait and offered flowers. Brief details of Shri Buta Singh’s life and his contributions to the nation were highlighted by the spokesperson and program coordinator of the state Congress,
Mr. Anand Taran. Congress officials including Rajiv Singh, Prakash Jain, Deepchand Yadav, J.P. Dhanopiya, Bhupendra Gupta, Jitendra Mishra, Hirdesh Kirar, Rajlakshmi Nayak, Sheetal Malviya, Ashok Sharma, along with other Congress members, were present at the occasion.
