Onam Festival Celebrated with Traditional Joy at BHEL Ayyappa Temple

CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: The Onam festival was celebrated at the Ayyappa Temple located in BHEL. The festivities included a traditional Sadya feast along with cultural programs.

Pratibhalaya Arts Academy presented performances such as Dinkar’s Rashmirathi, Mahishasura Mardini Stotra, Onam dance, Kaikottikali, and Pushpanjali, which were greatly appreciated by the audience. Additionally, women performed the traditional Thiruvathira Kali and other presentations.

The dance direction was by Dr. Manju Mani. The chief guest of the event was Honorable Minister Krishna Gaur. The celebration was also graced by S. A. Pillai, President of the BHEL Ayyappa Temple, along with other distinguished citizens.
