CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: In the present era of rapid expansion of digital technology, a one-day special training programme was organised by the District e-Governance Society, Bhopal, under the guidance of the Department of Science and Technology, Government of Madhya Pradesh, with the objective of strengthening cybersecurity, protecting sensitive information and maintaining the integrity of computer resources.
The training was held at the e-Daksh Centre in Bhopal on the subject “Cyber Dispute Resolution Framework under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and Protection of Computer Resources and Sensitive Data.” The programme emphasised securing the functioning of the government system from digital risks and developing a detailed understanding of legal provisions.
The workshop gave detailed insight into the practical implementation of the institutional and legal framework established under the Information Technology Act, 2000. Important and practical aspects related to the security of computer resources and digital infrastructure, protection of sensitive data and confidential records, ensuring confidentiality of information, and the alert and safe use of digital resources were explained in a simple manner through various illustrations and real examples. The training is expected to help strengthen coordination among different departments and make the digital administrative system more transparent, secure and capable.
