CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: A one-day advanced training seminar was successfully organized at JNCT College, Lambakheda, located under Itkhedi Police Station area, for Assistant Sub-Inspectors and senior officers posted in Bhopal (Rural) district.

The program was inaugurated by Superintendent of Police, Bhopal, Ramsharan Prajapati, who lit the ceremonial lamp. On this occasion, the seminar’s nodal officer Additional Superintendent of Police Neeraj Chaurasia, SDOP Itkhedi Ms. Manju Chauhan, SDOP Bilkhiria Antima Samadhiya, SDOP Berasia Vaishali, Inspector Shyam Kishore Jharwade, and all Station House Officers were present.

During the seminar, subject experts delivered detailed training sessions on legal, investigative, and technical aspects of policing. On cybercrime, ADCP Cyber Crime Shailendra Singh Chauhan provided comprehensive and practical training. On women-related crimes and the POCSO Act, DPO Manisha Patel offered detailed guidance. The provisions of the SC/ST Act were explained by Deepali Jain. An expert session on improving the quality of crime investigation and effective collection of technical evidence was conducted by Vijay Bansal, an officer from CID Police Headquarters, Bhopal.

The training emphasized strengthening law and order, enhancing the quality of investigations, controlling cybercrime, ensuring women and child safety, and effectively using modern policing techniques.

At the closing session, Superintendent of Police Ramsharan Prajapati encouraged officers to perform their duties with dedication, sensitivity, and professional competence. The seminar proved to be an important initiative in enhancing officers’ efficiency, strengthening coordination, and making policing more effective, transparent, and citizen-centric.

Officers from various police stations across the district attended the program. The event concluded with a question-and-answer session, where practical challenges were discussed and solutions were shared.
