A one-day workshop on “Tribal Pride” is set to take place at Barkatullah University, Bhopal, on February 25, 2025. The primary objective of this workshop is to deliberate on the historical, cultural, and spiritual contributions of tribal communities.

Tribal societies have been an integral part of India’s cultural and spiritual heritage since ancient times. Their immense contributions to the freedom struggle, through leaders like Bhagwan Birsa Munda, Tantya Bhil, and Rani Durgavati, hold great historical significance. Additionally, the rich traditions of tribal art, music, dance, architecture, and indigenous knowledge have continuously enriched Indian culture.
