CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal : The National Institute of Technical Teachers’ Training & Research (NITTTR), Bhopal recently organized a one-day national workshop titled “Rajbhasha Samvad 2025” on its campus. The workshop aimed to deliberate on the promotion of Rajbhasha Hindi, its use in parliamentary procedures, and the role of Hindi on the global stage.
The Chief Guest, Ravindra Shukla, former Education and Agriculture Minister of Uttar Pradesh and International President of Hindi Sahitya Bharati, stated that the entirety of our culture can remain alive only with Hindi. He emphasized that language is not merely a medium of expression but also a carrier of cultural identity, traditions, and life values. He added that the promotion of Hindi is not just a duty but an integral part of national character.

In the first session, Devi Prasad Mishra, National Vice President of the World Hindi Council, delivered a detailed lecture on “Parliamentary Questionnaires, Answers, and Procedures”, highlighting the role, challenges, and potential of Hindi in parliamentary functioning and guiding policy for effective implementation in various central government ministries and departments.
Vikas Dave, Director of the Sahitya Akademi, spoke on “From Rajbhasha to World Language”, stating that if Hindi is presented effectively through digital media and global platforms, it can certainly become a world language. C.C. Tripathi, Director of NITTTR and President of NARAKAS, emphasized that awareness and active participation are key to empowering Rajbhasha Hindi. He noted that NITTTR Bhopal continuously strives to maximize the use of Hindi in official work and ensure compliance with language rules, encouraging participants to implement the workshop insights in their offices.
Workshop coordinator P.K. Purohit explained that the event aimed to strengthen collaboration and dialogue among NARAKAS offices nationwide. The workshop was attended by 202 participants from all NARAKAS offices. The program was conducted by Babli Chaturvedi and Shobha Lekhwani, with a vote of thanks delivered by Sanjay Tripathi, Member Secretary (NARAKAS). NITTTR Bhopal plans to continue this series of Rajbhasha Samvad workshops in the future.
