CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: On the occasion of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose’s birth anniversary, oath ceremonies were organized in health institutions. During these events, Netaji’s contributions to India’s freedom struggle and his courageous efforts were remembered. The Government of India has officially designated this day as Parakram Diwas.
As part of the TB-Free India campaign, food baskets were distributed to tuberculosis patients. At a health discussion program organized at the District Tuberculosis Center, Bhopal’s Chief Medical and Health Officer, Dr. Prabhakar Tiwari, paid tribute to Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose and administered an oath to work collectively toward TB eradication through meaningful efforts.
