CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: As part of the “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav,” August 14 is being observed across the country as Partition Horrors Remembrance Day. On this occasion, a program will be held at Rani Kamlapati Station at 10:30 AM, where the Partition Horrors Remembrance Day Exhibition will be unveiled by the invited freedom fighters. The event will also be attended by dignitaries, Divisional Railway Manager Devashish Tripathi, along with other officials, employees of the division, and the general public.
Additionally, Partition Horrors Remembrance Day exhibitions have been set up at Bhopal, Bina, and Itarsi stations of the Bhopal Division. These exhibitions depict the migration of people during the partition through various images. The exhibitions are aimed at reminding the current generation of the hardships endured by people during the partition. Through these exhibitions, efforts have been made to showcase as many incidents related to the partition as possible, emphasizing that the partition of India was nothing short of a catastrophe.
