CMHO Bhopal Chairs PCPNDT District Advisory Committee Meeting

CNN Central News and Network – ITDC India Express / ITDC News Bhopal: The District Advisory Committee meeting under the PCPNDT Act was held under the chairmanship of Chief Medical and Health Officer (CMHO) Bhopal, Manish Sharma. The meeting focused on strict enforcement of the provisions of the Act, review and approval of new registration and renewal applications.

Committee members including Civil Surgeon Sanjay Jain, Shailesh Lunawat, Randhir Singh, District Prosecution Officer Rajendra Upadhyay, and gynecologist Jyoti Khare were present. Applications from 40 hospitals and sonography centers for new registration, renewal, and application edits were discussed and approved by the committee. Instructions were issued to ensure strict compliance with PCPNDT Act provisions and continuous monitoring of sonography centers.
