CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Pension holders can submit their life certificate through the Government of India’s Jeevan Pramaan application. They can visit the nearest MP Online kiosk or CSC (Common Service Centre), use the facility at any bank branch, or complete the life certificate process online at http://jeevanpraman.gov.in.

The certificate can also be submitted online via the Face Authentication – Aadhar Face RD app by following the instructions provided after downloading the app from the Google Play Store.

Additionally, the UMANG app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store. Users can register using their mobile number and OTP, followed by setting an MPIN. The State Bank of India (SBI) has also launched a video facility for pensioners to submit their life certificate. Pensioners can visit https://www.pensionseva.sbi./VideoLC, enter their pension account number, and use the service.

The Post Office has introduced a paid doorstep service, where postmen visit pensioners’ homes to facilitate the submission of the life certificate. More information can be found on the website https://www.ippbonline.com/web/ppb/digital-life-certificate.

Pensioners can also visit their nearest public service centre to submit their life certificate. Apart from digital options, pensioners can manually submit the life certificate form at the bank branch or Pension Disbursing Agency in their district. If necessary, they can also contact the District Pension Officer for assistance.
