At this national event, the academy’s athletes showcased their talent, hard work, and technical skills with excellence.
The academy’s talented athlete Aditya Raghuvanshi achieved a remarkable feat by clearing 2.13 meters in the men’s high jump event, winning the silver medal. His performance reflects the strong presence of Madhya Pradesh’s athletic talent at the national level. This achievement, amid stiff competition, is a result of his consistent practice and dedication.
In the men’s pole vault event, Madhya Pradesh Athletics Academy players Dev Kumar Meena and Kuldeep Kumar cleared a height of 5.25 meters, delivering an exceptional performance. With this accomplishment, both athletes have earned the distinction of qualifying for the 2026 Commonwealth Games. This achievement is a matter of pride not only for the athletes but for the entire state.
It is noteworthy that the 2026 Commonwealth Games will be held from 23 July to 2 August in Glasgow, Scotland, where these athletes may have the opportunity to represent India.
