CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: The Training and Placement Cell of Rabindranath Tagore University organized the grand “Placement Day 2025” event on the university campus. The event saw the presence of representatives from various industries and companies, university officials, and a large number of students.

The Chief Guest for the event was Navneet Vyas, President of the Industrial Association of Bagroda. Distinguished guests included Vice-Chancellor R.P. Dubey, Registrar Sangeeta Johri, Leonard Jasraj, General Manager of Xebia India, Apeksha Seetha, HR Manager at Valentik, Sachin Jagga, Assistant Manager at Netlink, and Abhishek Shroti, Head of Training and Placement. The event was presided over by Pro-Chancellor Aditi Chaturvedi Vats.

On the occasion, Navneet Vyas appreciated the university’s efforts in training students as per industry requirements, calling it a commendable initiative. He emphasized that such dedication is enabling today’s youth to secure positions in prestigious companies both in India and abroad.

In her presidential address, Pro-Chancellor Aditi Chaturvedi Vats said that RNTU’s goal is not just to award degrees but to make students employable. She expressed hope that the university’s students would succeed in global competition and bring pride to the nation.

Vice-Chancellor R.P. Dubey, while congratulating the students, stated that this success is the result of their hard work and the university’s dedication. Dr. Sangeeta Johri added that RNTU has always emphasized skill-based education, and the outcomes of Placement Day are a testimony to that approach.

Speakers Leonard Jasraj, Apeksha Seetha, and Sachin Jagga also addressed the students, shedding light on industry expectations and future career opportunities.

Notably, this year, students of Rabindranath Tagore University secured employment with prestigious national and international companies such as Tata Consultancy Services, McCain Foods Ltd., Tata Advanced, CEAT Ltd., Exide Industries, Motherson Ltd., and Subros through campus placements. More than 500 students were selected by various companies, with the highest salary package reaching up to ₹24 LPA.

The main objective of the event was to honor outgoing students who enhanced the university’s prestige by securing placements through campus drives. The event was managed by the university’s Placement Cell team, and it concluded with the distribution of mementos and certificates to all selected students.
