Hockey India announced a reward of ₹3 lakhs for each player and ₹1.5 lakhs for every member of the support staff. The Asian Hockey Federation also made history by introducing financial awards for podium finishers, with India receiving USD 10,000, while runners-up China and third-place Japan were awarded USD 7,000 and USD 5,000, respectively.
The Bihar government joined in the celebration, announcing a ₹10 lakh cash reward for each squad member in recognition of their stellar performance. Chief Coach Harendra Singh was also rewarded with ₹10 lakhs, while the support staff received ₹5 lakhs each.
