CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: At the state-level World Environment Day program held at Kushabhau Thakre Auditorium in Bhopal, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav honored PM Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 2, Bhopal, with a cash prize of ₹50,000, a silver memento, and a certificate for its outstanding work in environmental conservation during the year 2022–23.
The school’s Principal, P.K. Beduye, expressed happiness over the achievement, thanking the teachers, students, and parents, and pledged to continue efforts toward environmental protection.
As part of this commitment, a tree plantation drive was also conducted at the school under the campaign “One Tree in Mother’s Name,” in which Scouts, Guides, and other students participated enthusiastically.
