CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: On the auspicious occasion of Hindi Diwas, the Hindi Department of the prestigious NAAC A Plus grade Satya Sai Women’s College and Law College, Bhopal, organised a poster competition under the Hindi Vaibhav Exhibition.
The theme of the competition was “Expression of Human Values in Hindi Literature”. Students of the college participated enthusiastically in the event and gave a fine display of their creativity and love for the language.
The role of judge for the competition was performed by Shri Ji Seth, head of the arts faculty. College director Pratibha Singh, principal Renu Mishra, Law College principal Anju Bajpai, head of the Hindi Department Manisha Tripathi and associate professor Anuradha Singh were specially present on the occasion. Many students of literature and the college also witnessed the programme.
The results of the competition were as follows: Shabana Khan, a first-year BBA student, secured the first position; Nisha Dohare of MA third semester stood second; and Roshni Sharma of MA third semester secured the third position. In addition, Meena Baghel and Riya Yadav of BA first year, and Nidhi Katare of MA third semester, were honoured with commendation prizes.
The programme not only encouraged the students’ interest in the Hindi language but also provided them an opportunity to understand human values more deeply through their creative expression.
