Suresh Inaugurates Newsroom and Backdrop of MCU Darshan TV Studio The newsroom and backdrop of MCU Darshan TV Studio at the Electronic Media Department of Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication were inaugurated by Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) K.G. Suresh. On this occasion, Prof. (Dr.) Monica Verma, Head of the Electronic Media Department, Registrar Prof. (Dr.) Avinash Vajpayee, and heads of all university departments were present.
Chancellor Prof. K.G. Suresh praised the studio’s backdrop, calling it very beautiful and attractive. He mentioned that students could gain proficiency in anchoring, news reading, and production through practical activities conducted here. Prof. Suresh also noted that students could practice live broadcasting. He congratulated Prof. (Dr.) Monica Verma for the studio and suggested that a weekly news bulletin be created, incorporating university news and updates from UGC activities. The backdrop’s launch was marked by Chancellor Prof. Suresh’s talk show.
