CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: A knowledge-enhancing session on the topic “AI Won’t Replace You but Someone Using AI Will: Mindset Shift for Future Leaders” was organized by the Training and Placement Cell of Sant Hirdaram Girls’ College, Bhopal under the Student Knowledge Sharing Program. The session featured Prof. Vijay Tandon, Dean of Internationalization, UAI, University, as the chief speaker. Prof. Tandon made the session extremely engaging and interactive. He inspired the students towards creative, ethical, and responsible leadership. Through quizzes, tongue twisters, and general knowledge questions, he actively involved the students and conveyed that real learning comes from experiences beyond the classroom.
He provided the students with detailed insights into future work domains such as Artificial Intelligence, Metaverse, Automation, 3D Printing, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing. He also encouraged students to research products and their parent companies so that they stay aware of industry trends and career opportunities. Expanding on his point, he said, “AI will take your jobs, but learn from it, adopt it, and evolve to the next level.”
On this occasion, Dr. Dalima Parwani, Principal of the College, praised the session, stating that it is a strong initiative to prepare students for the challenges and opportunities of the future workforce. For the students, the session was highly engaging, informative, and mindset-changing. The college management congratulated all members of the Training and Placement Cell for the successful organization of the program.
