CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Stress is a normal part of life. It is a common mental and physical response. With students’ semester exams approaching, experiencing stress is natural, but managing it is extremely important. A session on stress management was organized at Maa Narmada Girls Hostel and Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Boys Hostel. Dr. Ritu Sharma Pandey provided students with practical tips for managing stress. The program was conducted under the guidance of University Guru Vijay Manohar Tiwari.

Dr. Ritu Sharma Pandey explained that to avoid stress, one should follow a sleep routine, wash hands and face, and calm the mind before sleeping. Hostel students should maintain a consistent sleeping schedule. Sleep should not only be long but also deep and restorative.

She emphasized that proper meals are essential to prevent stress, and yoga and exercise are necessary for mental relaxation. Additionally, meditation and self-introspection are crucial. Students should cultivate positivity in their thoughts and actions.

She concluded by saying, “What we think shapes our reality. Bring positive thoughts, and good things will follow.”
