CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: In the Ravindra Bhavan auditorium of Bhopal, the Provincial Talent Award Ceremony was organized under the joint aegis of the Bharatiya Sindhu Sabha and the Sindhi Mela Committee. The program began with garlanding the portraits of Lord Jhulelal and Goddess Saraswati and lighting of the ceremonial lamp. The event, enriched with cultural diversity, featured mesmerizing Sindhi songs and performances that deeply moved the audience.

The chief guests of the ceremony were State Minister for Public Health & Medical Education, Narendra Shivaji Patel, and State General Secretary & MLA, Bhagwandas Sabnani.

On this occasion, more than 500 students, who excelled in Class 10, Class 12, college degrees, and state-level competitions, were honored with mementos and certificates of appreciation. In his address, Minister Patel said, “No matter the circumstances, with hard work and dedication, students can achieve any goal. These honors and certificates will inspire them to move forward.” MLA Sabnani remarked that the ceremony is a symbol of a new identity and pride for the community.

A large number of community members from Indore, Jabalpur, Katni, Ratlam, Itarsi, Hoshangabad, Vidisha, and many other districts attended the program. The contributions of the Sindhi community in education, literature, art, and sports were specially highlighted. Distinguished personalities such as Prof. Vijay Agrawal, Sudesh Kumar Sohani, and retired DGP Anuradha Shankar graced the occasion. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Gulab Thakur, State President of Bharatiya Sindhu Sabha, and Manish Daryani, President of Sindhi Mela Committee.
