CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Public welfare camps are being organized in Bhopal district as part of the Chief Minister’s Public Welfare Campaign, which began on December 11. The campaign will continue until January 26, 2025. So far, 130 camps have been held across the district, with over 28,000 applications registered online and more than 20,000 cases approved on the spot.
The campaign includes 34 beneficiary-oriented schemes, 11 target-based schemes, and 63 services under the Chief Minister’s Public Welfare Campaign. The primary objective of the campaign is to provide 100% saturation in identified beneficiary schemes of the central and state governments and extend benefits in target-based schemes. To achieve this, door-to-door surveys are being conducted to identify eligible and underserved beneficiaries, ensuring they receive benefits through these camps.
Under the Janpad Panchayat Fanda in Bhopal district, camps will be organized in villages such as Jhagariyakhurd, Padariyajat, Bagroda, Amjhara, Jamuniyakalan, Naronhasankal, Birkhiriya Kalan, Padariyasankal, Kolua Khurd, Chhawani Pathar, and Adamhur Chhawani. On December 29 (Sunday), camps will also be held in Mugaliyakot, Sukhisevaniya, Barkhedi Abdullah, Dob, Balampur, and Prempura Amoni. Similarly, on December 30 (Monday), camps will take place in Devalkhedi, Pipliya Bajkhan, Imliya, Chauradakala, Pipliya Jahirpeer, Sevania Omkara, Aredi, Kanhasaiya, and Kharamkheda, ensuring benefits reach eligible beneficiaries.
