CNN Central News and Network–ITDC India Epress / ITDC News Bhopal: In Ward 24 under the South-West Assembly constituency, MLA Bhagwandas Sabnani performed bhoomi pujan for development works, inspected the area and planted saplings.
Under the Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam campaign, MLA Bhagwandas Sabnani planted saplings in the park at Professor Colony in Ward 24 and inspected Professor Colony, Pratap Nagar, Dharmpuri, Krishna Nagar, Ganga Nagar, Roshanpura and Asal. Municipal Corporation, PWD and MPEB officials were instructed that the works identified in the area should be taken up on priority. Bhoomi pujan was also performed for a CC road near the temple at Pratap Nagar and for other development works.
On the occasion, Sabnani said that a planned roadmap is prepared for the development of the area and special instructions have been issued to complete works with quality and within the stipulated time limit. “Work is being carried out with the goal of developing the area and expanding civic amenities. Our Assembly constituency has a distinct identity because of its greenery. I appeal to all of you that in this rainy season, every person should plant at least five saplings, which will be a gift from us to the coming generations. At the same time, it is also our duty to care for them until they grow up,” he said.
Mandal president Paras Narwariya, general secretary Sandeep Tomar, Dhanraj Praful Malviya, Shankar Shukware, Jaikumar Vishwakarma, Shabbir Ul Haq, Raju Salke, Anushka Singh Raghuvanshi, Akanksha Vishwakarma, Kamla Ahirwar, Radha Yadav, Vishal, Gayaprasad Sarti, Rampal, Dharmendra Namdev, Arjun Singh, Kailash Chandel, Rajesh Saini, Om Prakash Meena, Mahesh Namdev, Ganesh Katiyar, Aarti Jain, Ajay Gupta, Santosh Tiwari, Renuka Rajak, Sonia Mor Singh, Jitendra Malviya and Ravind Jain, along with prominent local citizens, were present on the occasion.
