CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: The Ministry of Education, Government of India, recently announced the Indian rankings for 2025 under the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF). Among private universities in Madhya Pradesh, Rabindranath Tagore University is the only university to have secured a position among the country’s top universities for the seventh consecutive year. This year, the university has been placed in the 151–200 rank band in the overall university rankings and in the 201–300 rank band in engineering rankings. The rankings are determined based on various parameters, including Teaching, Learning & Resources, Research & Professional Practices, Graduation Outcomes, Outreach & Inclusivity, and Perception.

On this achievement, Chancellor Santosh Chaubey congratulated the university community, stating that it is a matter of pride that the university continues to strengthen its national-level recognition. Secretary of the sponsoring body ISECT Institution, Siddharth Chaturvedi, Pro-Chancellor Aditi Chaturvedi Vats, Vice-Chancellor Ravi Prakash Dubey, IQAC Director Nitin Vats, Pro-Vice Chancellor Sanjeev Gupta, and Registrar Sangeeta Johri expressed their happiness and congratulated all faculty members, students, and administrative staff of the university.

Vice-Chancellor Ravi Prakash Dubey stated that the university scored well across various NIRF parameters this year and added that the goal is to secure a position among the top 100 institutions in the country in the coming years. IQAC Director Nitin Vats said that this success is credited to all students, teachers, and the entire university team. The university focuses on skill development, e-learning, entrepreneurship, arts & culture, sports, research, and innovation.
