CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Recently, in the India Education Awards held in Delhi, Rabindranath Tagore University has been honored with the “University of the Year” award. This recognition has been awarded to the university for its consistent excellence in higher education, strategy, and innovation. The award was received by the Secretary of Rabindranath Tagore University, Mr. Vijay Singh, at the ceremony. While receiving the award, Vijay Singh stated that the university is creating an environment in line with the national education policy where students are nurtured with skills, entrepreneurship, and the development of Indian culture.

On this achievement, the Chancellor of the university, Santosh Chaube, mentioned that the university has been promoting a culture of excellence in academics since its inception. RNTU is the first skill-based university in the country. The university is successfully operating the Atal Incubation Center of NITI Aayog, making it the only university in Madhya Pradesh to do so.

The Pro-Chancellor of the university, Aditi Chaturvedi Vats, and Vice-Chancellor Rajni Kant also expressed their satisfaction, stating that the university is striving for continuous excellence. Additionally, the university is also excelling in the areas of research and innovation.
