CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: The Honorable Minister of Education, Dharmendra Pradhan, recently announced the Indian Rankings 2024 by the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) of the Ministry of Education, Government of India. Among the private universities in Madhya Pradesh, Rabindranath Tagore University stands as the only institution that has secured its place among the nation’s top universities for the sixth consecutive year. This year, the university has achieved a position in the 151-200 rank band in the university rankings and the 201-300 rank band in the engineering rankings. The rankings are determined based on various parameters, including Teaching, Learning & Resources, Research & Professional Practice, Graduation Outcomes, Outreach & Inclusivity, and Perception.
On the achievement of the NIRF ranking, the Chancellor of Rabindranath Tagore University, Santosh Choubey, congratulated the university family, expressing that it is a matter of pride for the university to be included among the country’s select top institutions for the sixth consecutive year. This is also a significant achievement for the state. The Secretary of the promoting body AISECT, Dr. Siddharth Chaturvedi, Pro-Chancellor Dr. Aditi Chaturvedi Vats, and Vice-Chancellor Dr. Sangeeta Johri expressed their delight, stating that continuous positive work is the key to success.
The Registrar of Rabindranath Tagore University, Dr. Vijay Singh, mentioned that the university scored well on NIRF parameters. This year, the university secured a place in the 151-200 rank band in the university rankings and the 201-300 rank band in the engineering rankings. Our goal now is to place the university among the top 100 institutions in the country in the coming years. IQAC Director Nitin Vats stated that all students, teachers, and the entire team deserve congratulations for this success.
