CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: The Indian Ministry of Education’s National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) recently announced the Indian Rankings for 2024, with the honorable Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan making the announcement. Among the private universities in Madhya Pradesh, Rabindranath Tagore University stands out as the only university to have secured its place among the nation’s top universities for the sixth consecutive year. This year, the university has been ranked in the 151-200 rank band in the university rankings and the 201-300 rank band in the engineering rankings. The rankings are determined based on various parameters, including Teaching, Learning & Resources, Research & Professional Practice, Graduation Outcomes, Outreach & Inclusivity, and Perception.

Congratulating the university community on this achievement, Santosh Choubey, the Chancellor of Rabindranath Tagore University, expressed that it is a matter of pride for the university to be continuously included among the country’s select top institutions for the sixth year in a row. This is also a significant achievement for the state. Dr. Siddharth Chaturvedi, Secretary of the AISECT Group, which sponsors the university, Pro-Chancellor Dr. Aditi Chaturvedi Vats, and Pro-Vice Chancellor Dr. Sangeeta Johri expressed their delight, stating that continuous positive work is the key to success.

Dr. Vijay Singh from Rabindranath Tagore University mentioned that the university has received good scores in the NIRF parameters. This year, they secured a position in the 151-200 rank band in university rankings and the 201-300 rank band in engineering rankings. Their goal is now to place the university among the top 100 institutions in the country in the coming years. IQAC Director Nitin Vats emphasized that all students, faculty, and the entire team deserve congratulations for this success. The university’s special focus areas include skill development, e-learning, entrepreneurship, arts and culture, sports, research, and innovation.
