CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Newly appointed Commissioner-cum-Managing Director of the Madhya Pradesh State Agricultural Marketing Board, Raghavendra Singh, assumed charge today. On the occasion, Additional Managing Director of the Board Anurag Saxena welcomed him.
After taking charge, Singh obtained information about the Board’s various activities, functioning and departmental schemes. He also held discussions with the officers present and apprised them of his priorities. He said that in the current IT era, the Mandi Board also has to play a leading role in the field of information technology. He emphasised the effective use of modern technology in departmental work, making the working system more convenient and transparent, and providing better facilities to farmers.
Additional Directors Aman Pastor and Sangeeta Dhoke, Joint Directors S.K. Kumre and Nitin Kolhe, Deputy Directors Rashmi Kashyap, Avinash Pathe and Sona Jaiswal, Chief Programmer Sanjeev Agnihotri, Assistant Director Yogesh Nagle, along with other officers and employees of the Mandi Board, were present on the occasion. They all welcomed the newly appointed Commissioner-cum-Managing Director and extended their best wishes.
