These employees have commendably averted serious accidents through their quick thinking, alertness, and prompt action. Their efforts not only ensured the safety of passengers but also safeguarded railway property. The railway administration appreciates the dedication, readiness, and sense of duty of these employees and encourages them to continue their commitment in the future.

On this occasion, Divisional Railway Manager Devashish Tripathi praised the enthusiasm, alertness, and dedication of the employees and extended his best wishes to them. Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Saurabh Kataria stated that the safety of passengers remains the top priority, and railway staff are continuously being provided with training and resources to ensure it.
