The Railway Recruitment Board has invited online applications for recruitment to 590 posts in the paramedical category. The last date to apply for this recruitment has been set as October 14, 2026. Interested and eligible candidates have been advised to complete the application process in time to avoid last-minute difficulties.
Posts to be filled under the recruitment drive include 365 posts of Nursing Superintendent, 118 posts of Pharmacist, 43 posts of Health and Malaria Inspector Grade-II, 31 posts of Laboratory Assistant and 25 posts of Radiographer X-Ray Technician. In addition, appointments will also be made for the posts of ECG Technician, Optometrist, Dialysis Technician and Audiologist and Speech Therapist. The total number of vacancies is 590.
Who can apply: The educational qualifications and age limits for candidates have been prescribed separately according to the post. Candidates must have the required degree, diploma or other professional qualification for the relevant post. The fee is Rs 250 for eligible candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, persons with disabilities, women, ex-servicemen, third gender and economically backward classes. Eligible candidates in these categories will receive a fee refund as per rules after appearing in the examination.

They should then register, fill in the required personal and educational details, upload the necessary documents and pay the prescribed fee. The prescribed correction window for applications will remain open from October 17 to 26, 2026.
