CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Rajbhasha Pakhwada – 2026 is being organised in the Bhopal division of West Central Railway. The fortnight was inaugurated by Divisional Railway Manager Pankaj Tyagi. Senior Divisional Personnel Officer Vijay Singh, Rajbhasha Officer Vrijendra Kumar, other branch officers and employees were present on the occasion.
Speaking at the inaugural programme, Divisional Railway Manager Pankaj Tyagi said Hindi is the country’s widely used link language and that official language Hindi plays an important role in establishing easy and effective communication with the public in a vast organisation such as Indian Railways. He urged officers and employees to use Hindi as much as possible in official work and to actively contribute to the promotion and spread of the official language.
To increase awareness about the official language and encourage the use of Hindi in official work, Bhopal division will organise various competitions, discussions and programmes during the fortnight. Participation of officers and employees will be ensured in these programmes.
Bhopal division has appealed to all officers and employees to participate enthusiastically in the various programmes organised during Rajbhasha Pakhwada and to contribute to the wider use and promotion of official language Hindi.
