RGPV’s 12th Convocation Ceremony to be Held on May 16

CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: The 12th convocation ceremony of Rajiv Gandhi Technological University will take place on May 16, 2025, at the Hansdhvani Auditorium in Ravindra Bhavan, Bhopal. The ceremony will be presided over by the Honorable Governor and Chancellor of the University, Mangu Bhai Patel. The chief guest will be Senior Scientist and former Director General of DRDO, Padma Shri V.K. Saraswat, and the special guest will be the Minister of Technical Education, Higher Education, and AYUSH of the Government of Madhya Pradesh, Inder Singh Parmar.

A meeting of various committees regarding the preparations for the 12th convocation ceremony was held under the chairmanship of the University Vice-Chancellor, Rajeev Tripathi. Detailed discussions were held about various arrangements and their implementation.

While sharing this information, the University Registrar, Mohan Sen, stated that in the 12th convocation ceremony on May 16, 2025, medals and certificates will be awarded to 170 students who have passed in the academic sessions of 2020, 2021, and 2022. Additionally, around 150 research scholars who have completed their Ph.D. from the university between January 2022 and December 2023 will be awarded their Ph.D. degrees. A registration link for the ceremony will soon be available on the university portal through the Examination Controller.
