CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: The first song from the much-awaited film “Ramayana”, “Jai Jai Ram”, was released on September 14 on the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi. The song from the Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi-starrer drew viewers’ attention soon after its release. It offers a glimpse of the grand and emotional saga of Lord Ram and Mata Sita.
“Jai Jai Ram” has been composed by A.R. Rahman, while its lyrics have been written by Dr Kumar Vishwas. Arijit Singh and Shreya Ghoshal have lent their voices to the devotional track. The song features glimpses of key episodes, from the wedding of Ram and Sita to the reunion with Bharat.
The presentation of the song brings together devotion and cinematic grandeur. Ranbir Kapoor is seen as Lord Ram and Sai Pallavi as Mata Sita. The new poster and visuals from the song have also generated excitement among audiences on social media.
The film has been directed by Nitesh Tiwari and will also feature Yash in an important role. With the release of “Jai Jai Ram”, the film’s musical journey has also begun.
