CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: The Chief Medical and Health Officer Office, Bhopal, organized a training session for the new version 2.0 of the RCH Portal at the Collector and District Panchayat Conference Hall, Bhopal. The Chief Executive Officer of the District Panchayat, Ila Tiwari, was also present at the event. The training provided detailed insights into the usage of the new ANMOL mobile application and web portal. This updated version of the portal has been developed by the Department of Public Health and Medical Education.

The ANMOL RCH Portal is a digital platform designed to simplify the tracking and management of healthcare services provided to pregnant women, newborns, and mothers. The new version has enhanced features for pregnancy registration, identification of high-risk pregnancies, childbirth records, and newborn & child healthcare service entries, making the process more efficient. This will allow better monitoring of these services at the district and state levels.

The proper use of the ANMOL app will ensure effective monitoring, leading to better health management for pregnant women, mothers, and newborns. This portal plays a crucial role in reducing maternal and infant mortality rates.

Dr. Prabhakar Tiwari, Chief Medical and Health Officer, Bhopal District, stated that the portal has also been integrated with e-KYC for financial disbursement under the Janani Suraksha Yojana and Mukhyamantri Shramik Seva Prasuti Sahayata Yojana. This ensures timely and eligible payments to beneficiaries without delays.
