CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: The Regional Science Centre, Bhopal, celebrated Children’s Day with great enthusiasm. As part of the celebrations, a painting competition was organized in three categories (Classes 3 & 4, Classes 5 & 6, and Classes 7 & 8) with the theme “Chacha Nehru and Children.” A total of 41 students from various schools participated in the painting competition.
Following this, a science toy-making workshop was held, where 21 students from different schools created five scientific toys based on principles such as gravity, Bernoulli’s principle, and Newton’s third law.
Additionally, a special day and night sky observation program was organized on the occasion of Children’s Day. Students, teachers, and the general public participated enthusiastically in the event. Approximately 1,800 visitors explored the activities at the Science Centre and benefited from the experience.
