On the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the departments concerned and administrative officials have been directed to provide necessary assistance in the affected areas and to keep a constant watch on the situation.
The administration is giving special attention to the safety of people in flood-hit areas, the availability of relief material and the delivery of assistance to families in need.
