The occasion was graced by the esteemed presence of the Director, Lt. Colonel Ashish Agarwal; Associate Director, Akhil Sahai; and the Chief Guest, Lieutenant General Manvendra Singh, PVSM, AVSM, VSM (Retd.).
The event began with vibrant performances of classical, semi-classical, and Western patriotic dances. These artistic expressions and energetic performances left the audience mesmerized. Students from various departments participated enthusiastically, showcasing their talent and dedication to the nation. Patriotic songs added a musical charm to the event, resonating with messages of unity and national pride.
Inspiring speeches were delivered by the Director, Center Academic Coordinator (CAC), Associate Director, and the Chief Guest. Each speaker emphasized the significance of Republic Day and remembered the values and sacrifices that shaped the nation. The Chief Guest, Lieutenant General Manvendra Singh, shared a special message:
“Today, as we celebrate Republic Day, let us remember that Rajpath has now been renamed Kartavya Path, symbolizing the duty and responsibility of every citizen. As youth, it is your duty to carry forward the legacy of our great leaders and make India a beacon of excellence and unity. Let us pledge to build a strong and self-reliant India.”
Encouraging the spirit of patriotism, Shivika Malhotra from the MFM Department inspired her peers:
“The future of this nation is in our hands. Let us be the changemakers who honor the sacrifices of our forefathers and take India to new heights.”
Echoing this sentiment, Vibhuti from the FC Department said:
