CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: A grand Republic Day celebration was organized at Bhabha University, Bhopal. The event was graced by Chief Guest Colonel Krishna Pratap Singh and Special Guest Lieutenant Colonel Ishan Rajaravapu. The Vice-Chancellor, Dilip Kumar Dey, hoisted the national flag and urged everyone to ensure their contribution, wherever they work, in transforming India from a developing to a developed nation. He highlighted the significant achievements India has made since independence.

Registrar Shyam Patkar presented the university’s annual report, stating that the institution has emerged with a new sense of pride on the global stage. He also detailed the university’s efforts in development, including remarkable work in the fields of solar energy-based vehicles, drone technology, and green energy. Future plans of the university were elaborated as well.

The event featured cultural performances, including a mesmerizing patriotic song by Army personnel Krishna. Officers, employees, and social workers excelling in various fields were honored with certificates of appreciation, along with students showcasing exceptional talent in cultural performances.

The occasion was attended by CEO Prasad Pillai, Pro Vice-Chancellor N.K. Agarwal, Group Director Manoj Kumar Shukla, and CAO Vijay Kumar Punj, who encouraged and congratulated the talented participants. Faculty members, officials, and staff were also present, adding to the grandeur of the celebration.
