CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh directed that all pending complaints on the CM Helpline must be resolved satisfactorily within the stipulated timeframe. Director Singh issued strict instructions to ensure progress under the Revenue Campaign 3.0 and prioritize the resolution of pending complaints on the CM Helpline.
A meeting was held in the District Panchayat conference room under the chairmanship of Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh, involving all patwaris of Tehsil Huzur. The meeting was attended by SDM Vinod Sonakia, Tehsildar, and other relevant officials.
Director Singh instructed all revenue officers to act on each complaint. During the meeting, he reviewed the complaints from the CM Helpline in Tehsil Huzur and directed the concerned patwaris to take necessary action within the prescribed timeframe. He also emphasized improving Bhopal district’s ranking and providing quality resolutions to benefit the public.
Similarly, ADM Siddharth Jain chaired a meeting for Tehsil Kolar in the Collectorate conference room, and CEO Rituraj Singh presided over a meeting for Tehsil Berasia.
