CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Divisional Commissioner Sanjeev Singh has directed that complaints on the CM Helpline be resolved swiftly, with special attention given to complaints pending for more than 100 days. He emphasized that beneficiaries should receive timely benefits under the Crop Insurance Scheme and Price Difference Payment Scheme of the Agriculture Department, and doctors should report to veterinary hospitals on time. These directives were issued during the review meeting of time-bound letters held at the Commissioner’s office conference hall. Present at the meeting were Joint Commissioner (Development) Vinod Yadav, Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) Kiran Gupta, and officers from the relevant departments.

Divisional Commissioner Singh further stated that in the Health Department, there should be no delay in providing treatment to the public and delivering benefits under the Maternity Assistance Scheme. Cases of illegal mining and transportation under the Mines Department should be resolved promptly. Similarly, complaints regarding registration under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme in the Agriculture Department must be addressed without delay. Road repair work under the Public Works Department and other relevant departments should be expedited.

He instructed officers to be proactive and committed, ensuring that beneficiaries receive the benefits of various government welfare schemes. Complaints regarding lack of drinking water from tap water schemes must also be resolved promptly.

Divisional Commissioner Singh directed that officers ensure priority action on points from the Collectors-Commissioners Conference, and reviews will be conducted down to the block level. He also instructed the Animal Husbandry Department and Bhopal Cooperative Dairy Union Limited to ensure that beneficiaries receive benefits under various schemes. Additionally, he emphasized that financial assistance for house damage or livestock loss due to natural disasters should be provided in a timely manner.
