CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Divisional Commissioner Sanjeev Singh has directed that eye checkups for school children must be ensured on priority. For this, officials of the School Education Department and the Health Department should coordinate their efforts. Students must also be provided with spectacles and necessary treatment whenever required.

He instructed all departments to prioritize resolving pending complaints registered on the Chief Minister’s Helpline and to ensure that all office work is carried out through the e-Office system as per government directives.

Commissioner Singh chaired the review meeting on time-bound letters at the Commissioner’s office conference hall. The meeting was attended by Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) Kiran Gupta, Joint Commissioner (Development) Vinod Yadav, and other concerned officials.

He emphasized the need for satisfactory resolution of pending complaints on the Chief Minister’s Helpline identified under the Samadhan Online program, to ensure progress. Singh also reviewed complaints pending under the Public Health and Medical Education Department and directed officials to resolve them in coordination. He instructed that complaints pending for over 100 days must be addressed at the earliest.

The Divisional Commissioner further directed timely benefits of the Janani Suraksha Yojana and Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana to beneficiaries. He instructed that joint meetings of the Health Department and the Women & Child Development Department should be organized to address maternal and infant mortality. He also directed officials of the Urban Administration and Housing Department to promptly submit project proposals after geo-tagging of houses.
