CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh directed all SDMs in Bhopal district’s urban and rural areas to hold meetings with Sarpanches to ensure proper drinking water arrangements. He also reviewed the ongoing registration process for Rabi procurement and instructed the Food and Civil Supplies Officer to ensure the smooth operation of the system.

Presiding over the weekly review meeting on time-bound documents in the Collectorate office conference hall, Collector Singh was joined by ADM Bhupendra Goyal, SDMs, and other officials from relevant departments.

During the meeting, Collector Singh directed revenue officers to enhance progress in Aadhaar linking and farmer registry. He also reviewed the progress and future strategies of the begging eradication campaign.

Furthermore, Collector Singh instructed district officials to ensure that details of all subordinate officers and employees are compulsorily submitted on the District E-Governance Society, Bhopal, as part of the E-Office system.

Additionally, Director Singh directed the authorities to develop and implement construction and repair work plans in preparation for the monsoon season. He also instructed all Sub-Divisional Officers (SDOs) to conduct meetings on the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, Block-Level Bankers’ Committee, and Mid-Day Meal Monitoring Committee in the coming weeks.
