CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Collector Priyank Mishra has directed all SDMs to regularly inspect government fair price shops in their respective areas. He said that, keeping in view the convenience of beneficiaries and local requirements, action should also be taken to relocate fair price shops wherever necessary.

Collector Mishra issued these instructions on Monday during a review meeting on time-limit letters held in the conference hall of the Collector’s office. He also directed the Women and Child Development Department and the District Education Officer to ensure, in coordination with each other, the co-location of anganwadi centres in nearby schools.

Collector Mishra directed that show-cause notices be issued to the Tehsildar and Naib Tehsildar of Kolar tehsil for not resolving pending complaints on the CM Helpline within the stipulated time limit. He made it clear that no complaint on the CM Helpline should remain pending without action. All officers should examine complaints seriously and ensure quality resolution within the prescribed time limit, he said.

Directing wide publicity for the camp, he said participation of the maximum number of citizens should be ensured. He also directed officials to coordinate with local trade and industrial organisations for ‘Udyam Samvad’ and discuss the problems, suggestions and achievements of traders and entrepreneurs.

ADM Sumit Pandey, P.C. Shakya, Prakash Nayak, Mahendra Kavche, all SDMs and officers of the departments concerned were present at the meeting.
