CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: The annual cultural festival Rhythm 2K26 at Rabindranath Tagore University commenced with a grand procession and vibrant drumming. The parade was entirely theme-based, where students brought the diversity of Indian culture to life through traditional and royal costumes. The march, which began from the administrative building and culminated at Sharda Auditorium, showcased an extraordinary blend of enthusiasm and energy. Colorful attires, captivating tableaux, and cultural expressions drew the attention of all attendees. Participation by faculty members alongside students added further grandeur to the event.

The inauguration officially began with a lamp lighting ceremony, Ganesh Vandana, and addresses by esteemed guests. Following this, various cultural performances filled the atmosphere with music and excitement. As part of the festival, events such as the Intellectual Competition, Human Canvas (body and face painting), The Met Desi (royal edition fashion show), and Focus on Earth (nature photography) were conducted.
Looking ahead, on April 1, programs like Prithvi Rakshak (street play competition), Creative Expression – Mera Rajya, Rang Utsav, Bina Agni (culinary without fire), AI Innovation, and CAD Design are scheduled. On April 2, events including Taal Tarang (group dance), Rang-e-Henna, Robo Race, Ideathon, along with various cultural and technical activities, will take place.
