Actress Richa Chadha recently spoke about the parenting approach of her husband and actor Ali Fazal after he became a father. She said Ali is extremely alert about caring for their daughter and keeps track of even the smallest details related to her daily routine. According to Richa, Ali’s extra monitoring sometimes feels annoying to her.
Richa said Ali wants to know even minor details connected with their daughter’s care. Giving an example, she said that even when Ali was in Srinagar, he called to ask whether pumpkin had been added to their daughter’s khichdi. According to Richa, this reflects Ali’s concern and attachment towards their daughter, but at times the habit feels excessive.
Richa also said that at home, she and a nanny look after their daughter. In such a situation, Ali’s involvement in every small matter sometimes bothers her. However, she also clarified that Ali wants to play an active role in caring for his daughter and remains very attentive to her needs. Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal welcomed their first child, daughter Zuneyra Ida Fazal, in 2024. Both actors are balancing their acting careers with their responsibilities as parents.
