To mark the 31st Foundation Day of RKDF Group and the 68th birthday of Chairman Dr. Sunil Kapoor, Bhabha University organized a series of environmental and social service programs.
Medicinal Plant Plantation Drive 🌱
✅ 68 medicinal plants were planted in a green initiative, inaugurated by Vice-Chancellor Dr. Dilip Kumar Dey.
✅ The event saw participation from faculty members, staff, and students from various university departments.
Helping Infants at Matru Chhaya Institution 👶
Members of Bhabha University’s Social Service Team — Deepa Bakshi, Tripti Arjaria, Kavita Padegaonkar, Rajni Deshpande, and Pooja Vishwakarma — distributed essential supplies for newborns, including:
🍼 Formula milk
🛏️ Bed sheets & baby clothing
👶 Diapers & baby care kits
💊 Medicines & baby food
🔹 The institution’s manager cut a cake on Dr. Kapoor’s birthday, extending wishes for his long life and good health.
🔹 Vice-Chancellor Dr. Dilip Kumar Dey, CEO Prasad Pillai, and Chancellor Shyam Patkar appreciated the social initiative and encouraged future philanthropic efforts.
