According to the report, the issue achieved 100% subscription within the first hour. The SME IPO will remain open until 23 September, and the company’s shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE SME platform on 28 September.
The company has fixed a price band of ₹100 to ₹106 per share for the IPO. The issue size is around ₹31 crore, and one lot comprises 1,200 shares. Robokidz Eduventures operates in the education and skill development sector and provides robotics, artificial intelligence, coding and STEM-based training programmes.
Activity around the IPO has also continued in the grey market. According to available market data, the GMP has been recorded at ₹51 per share. Based on the upper issue price of ₹106, this unofficial indicator points to a possible listing price of around ₹157. However, the grey market premium is not an official figure, and the actual listing price may differ from it.
The allotment for the Robokidz Eduventures IPO is proposed for 24 September, while refunds are proposed for 25 September. Investors should take investment-related decisions only after reviewing the company’s financial figures, risks and the official offer document.
